To address this challenge, Data Zoo partnered with Intech Solutions using its IQ Office software. The integration allowed Data Zoo to connect its Know Your Customer (KYC) service directly to Intech’s API for batch and real-time address validation.
“Intech’s solution standardises and normalises all incoming addresses, transforming varied formats into a consistent, uniform structure,” says Meneses-sosa.
The technology provided by Intech utilised a unique address identifier (address ID) for every standardised address.
“By leveraging the address ID, we optimised our matching logic to perform direct ID comparisons rather than expensive, multi-field address element matching,” he says.
“The consistent formatting and unique identifiers dramatically reduced complexity in data processing and enabled easier downstream analytics.”
